I’ve got a new 500 so here’s an old one. They’re surprisingly common. A dry climate will do that for you.

Frequently saw them when I was in Italy a few years ago as well. The combination of a dry climate, simple technology and being one of the most practical city cars ever made must be the reasons.

Gorgeous old cars! Would love to own one someday, but they’ve gone up in price due to their popularity. :(
Thinking about a 126 from Poland instead as they have the same running gear underneath and would have much the same driving experience, and parts would be equally as easy to get (because of the same basic engine/running gear design). Plus, the 126’s boxy look as slowly grown on me. :)
A 126 and another 3 more classic 500s for your time! :D
